Chair of the judges will be Paula McMinn, Customer Service Facilitator at the Dorchester Collection Academy. The academy offers bespoke learning programmes focused on customer service and inspirational leadership for aspirational brands.
She is a former winner of the Hotel Receptionist of the Year competition in 2015 when she was working at the Savoy Hotel. She has an excellent understanding of what makes a great receptionist having also served on the judging panel for Receptionist of the Year and will bring this experience to bear to ensure the Corporate Receptionist of the Year competition will mirror the high standards and integrity of the Hotel version of the awards.
Joining Paula on the judging panel will be an experienced team of executives who all have significant experience in the corporate sector. They are drawn from some of the leading front of house outsourcing companies in the marketplace, as well as front of house leaders from a number of leading organisations that are run independently, as well as representatives from our sponsors.
